An exception is made if you receive a faulty or incorrect product. If you would like to see and test the wallpaper before purchase, simply order a 30x40 cm sample. Steps for Filing a Complaint

Step 1. Submit Complaint

Go to the contact form, select “Complaint” as the message subject, and describe the complaint details. Review the complaint policy in Section 9.

Step 2. Complaint Form

Fill out the complaint form and include it with your shipment.

Step 3. Product Shipment

When filing a complaint, please pack the product with all accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. Secure the shipment carefully. Return shipping is at our cost, and our courier will collect the package.

Step 4. Review Process

After reviewing the complaint, we will respond within 14 days.
