Seller – Wallcraft s.c. Robert Stodulski, Radosław Stodulski, Krzysztof Stodulski, 76-200 Słupsk, ul. Kaszubska 45, NIP 8393234494, REGON 524037374, owner of the WALLCRAFT online store.
Store – WALLCRAFT online store, a remote point of sale.
Goods – products offered for retail sale by the Seller, in the form of wallpapers.
Buyer – an individual or entity placing and purchasing an order, concluding an agreement with the Seller through placing an order. This term also applies to individuals who have not registered and are in the process of ordering. The Buyer may be a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit.
§ 2 General Information
These Terms and Conditions define the legal rules governing the services provided by the WALLCRAFT online store, hereinafter referred to as the “Store.”
The WALLCRAFT online store is owned by Wallcraft s.c. Robert Stodulski, Radosław Stodulski, Krzysztof Stodulski, located at ul. Kaszubska 45 in Słupsk, registered in the Central Register of Business Activity, NIP 8393234494, REGON 524037374, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.”
The person ordering and purchasing goods through the Store is referred to as the “Buyer.”
To place an order through the Store, the Buyer must be of legal age. The Buyer may be a natural person, a legal person, or a representative of an organizational unit without legal personality.
Before placing an order in the WALLCRAFT Store, the Buyer should carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which must be strictly adhered to during the ordering process.
The contents of the Store’s pages belong to the Seller and are legally protected.
Contact with the Store is possible through email, telephone, or traditional mail, as specified in the Contact section.
The Buyer should refrain from actions that could destabilize or damage the Store. Such actions may be considered a criminal offense as per the Penal Code.
Information on the WALLCRAFT online store website does not constitute an offer as defined by Art. 66 of the Civil Code but is instead an invitation to enter into an agreement as defined by Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
§ 3 Store Offer
Wallpaper products are crafted using artisan methods supported by modern machines and technologies. Each wallpaper is custom-made according to the Buyer’s specific dimensions, color, texture, and is non-returnable.
The Store reserves the right to modify product prices, add new products, and conduct promotions and sales. These changes do not affect goods that have already been ordered.
The Store is obliged to deliver high-quality goods that are free of defects.
§ 4 Registration
Registration is not mandatory to browse the site and does not require placing an order.
Placing an order does not require registration.
Creating and using an account is free.
Buyer registration is complete upon properly filling out the registration form and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate information on the registration form. Any damage incurred by the Store due to false information is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Personal data provided in the registration form and further correspondence are processed by WALLCRAFT for the purpose of order fulfillment (sales agreement).
The owner of WALLCRAFT may immediately restrict or revoke the Buyer’s access to the Store if the Buyer violates the Terms and Conditions.
§ 5 Conclusion of Agreement
Orders may be placed in the Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
The sales agreement is concluded in Polish.
Orders placed on weekdays and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
The Buyer’s order is placed upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and completion of the order form.
The order is fulfilled, and an agreement is concluded between the Seller and Buyer, once the full payment amount is received in the Seller’s bank account.
Standard order processing time is 7-10 business days from the day following payment receipt.
The Seller reserves the right to extend the processing time, notifying the Buyer via email.
The order value includes the total price of the Goods and shipping costs. The total amount will be visible in the order summary.
If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order, the amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer within 30 days from the date of the agreement.
§ 6 Prices and Payment
Product prices listed in the Store are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT but do not include shipping costs.
Shipping costs are calculated separately based on current courier tariffs.
Shipping costs for custom orders are agreed upon directly with the Buyer via email.
Express order processing incurs an additional 20% charge.
Payment should be made in advance to the Seller’s bank account: Bank Pekao S.A. 05 1240 3770 1111 0011 2206 5469.
The Seller provides the following payment options:
Credit card and e-transfer transactions via the service,
Prepayment via traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account.
Transfer fees are borne by the sender.
§ 7 Delivery
Delivery is arranged through couriers selected by the Buyer.
The Seller provides an invoice or fiscal receipt with the delivery. VAT invoices are issued upon the Buyer’s request.
VAT invoices can be sent in paper or electronic (PDF) form.
Delivery outside the Republic of Poland requires individual arrangements.
The Store is not responsible for delays due to courier errors or incorrect delivery data provided by the Buyer.
Orders with different processing times will be shipped once the entire order is ready.
§ 8 Withdrawal from Agreement
Wallpapers are made exclusively to the Buyer’s specifications, including dimensions, materials, colors, and finish.
Therefore, according to Art. 38(3) of the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from an agreement concluded outside the Seller’s premises or at a distance.
§ 9 Complaints
The Seller is liable if the delivered Goods do not meet the agreed terms. The Buyer must notify the Seller within 24 hours of receipt.
The Buyer, if ordering for business purposes, must check the Goods immediately upon receipt.
If the package shows signs of damage, the Buyer should report it to the courier to draft a damage report.
Before wallpaper installation, the Buyer must check the quantity, graphic alignment, and quality of the wallpaper.
The Seller is not responsible for claims due to failure to follow installation instructions.
Product images on the website may vary slightly in color due to monitor differences and are not grounds for complaints.
Minor variations in color, format, and paper quality are unavoidable and not grounds for complaints.
Complaints about color and pattern mismatches are not considered if the wallpaper is already applied.
Complaints about color or material differences made without prior sample purchase will not be considered.
The Seller is responsible for defects discovered within two years.
Complaints must be filed within 3 days of receipt and are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
The complaint must state the reason, payment confirmation, and proof of purchase.
Defective goods must be returned within 3 business days.
The Seller responds to complaints via email or traditional mail.
The Buyer may use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumer dispute resolution.
§ 10 Store Liability
The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from the Buyer’s use of unprotected devices when connecting to the Store.
The Seller is not responsible for purchases made by third parties who access the Buyer’s account and password.
The Seller is not liable for errors or issues with credit card or electronic payment transactions.
The Seller is not liable for damages arising from improper wallpaper installation.
§ 11 Personal Data Protection
The personal data controller is Wallcraft s.c., based at ul. Kaszubska 45, Słupsk, NIP 8393234494, REGON 524037374.
Personal data is processed solely for:
Contract conclusion,
Order fulfillment,
Customer satisfaction surveys,
Maintaining the Buyer’s account,
Monitoring website traffic,
Sending marketing information with consent,
Handling complaints.
Data collected includes:
Name,
Email,
Phone number,
Address details,
For businesses, company name and NIP.
Data provision is necessary for order fulfillment.
In the case of electronic payments, the Administrator shares the Buyer’s data with the payment provider.
Data is stored for the duration of the contract and for three years following completion.
Consent to personal data processing is voluntary and can be withdrawn.
Buyers have the right to access, modify, and delete their data.

§ 12 Copyrights
All products in the Store are protected by copyright.
Copying, duplicating, modifying, or selling products for profit may result in civil sanctions.
Disputes and unresolved matters are governed by the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 1994.
§ 13 Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication.
The Store reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without affecting already placed orders.
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on March 22, 2024.
